This program is available to civilian DHS employees at the GS-11 through GS-15 grade levels and offers professional and developmental opportunities. With an emphasis on collaboration, joint duty assignments strengthen operations and mission execution.

We want to provide a core set of developmental experience and leadership principles to leaders throughout DHS. The Leader Development Program offers courses and training resources for non-supervisors, supervisors and executives across the agency.

Our Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program prepares high-performing DHS employees for positions in DHS's Senior Executive Service through an intensive 12- to- 18-month leadership development program.
