Applying
  • Complete your profile on USAJOBS, HireVue or LinkedIn.
  • Search for a job and review the job announcement application requirements before uploading your resume.
  • Upload your resume and make sure to include your education, previous jobs, employment dates and relevant certifications. Upload any supporting documents like your academic transcripts, military or federal service documents (i.e., DD-214 or SF-50) or any writing or portfolio samples. Review the job announcement for the required documents.
Screening

This involves completing an online questionnaire to assess your eligibility and experience for the position. We’ll then review your questionnaire, job application, resume and qualifications.

Interview

If you meet the requirements of the job posting, we’ll contact you for a video or phone interview. Depending on the organization, this could be a one-on-one or panel interview.

Selection

If selected for the position, you’ll receive a tentative job offer. After accepting the offer, you’ll need to complete pre-employment actions, which include a drug screening and our background investigation and security clearance process.
