Benefits list

Policy and Compliance Program (P&CP)

The P&CP provides efficient, fair and impartial equal opportunity complaint processing and makes sure that equal opportunity in employment is available for all persons. P&CP strives to make our workplace culture represent the values of all employees.

Anti-Harassment Program (AHP)

The AHP aims to make our workplace represent its core values and represent all employees. The program covers harassment or discrimination on any of the federally protected bases, is available to all employees to use and is independent of the informal and formal complaint process, ombudsman program and grievance process.

All managers or supervisors who receive allegations of harassment or think harassment is occurring must take immediate and effective corrective measures to end the unwelcome behavior, even if the individual does not wish to make a complaint.

Military Equal Opportunity (MEO)

The Department of Defense MEO program offers an alternative means of redress from the chain of command for complaints within the equal opportunity purview of color, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation and sex (including sexual identity). MEO supports robust outreach, education and proactive and preventative programs.

Disability Program (DP)

The DP strives for the broadest diversity in the employment of individuals with disabilities and an equally inclusive work environment to support them. The DP helps integrate accessibility principles and practices across our agency. The DP is the champion for enterprise accessibility, which promotes proactive support for the workforce from recruitment to retirement.

Accommodations Program (AP)

The AP makes sure all hiring, assignment and reassignment actions do not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities by providing reasonable accommodations.

Inclusion Program (IP)

The IP cultivates an inclusive work culture and creating an environment that reflects and capitalizes on the rich diversity of the workforce. The IP works to foster collaboration, flexibility and fairness and leverages diversity throughout the agency.
