Diversity and Inclusion

Our success depends on a diverse workforce with a shared commitment to the defense intelligence mission.

Diversity and Inclusion Information

Every member of the workforce must have an equal opportunity to excel in their career. We prohibit discrimination of any kind and expect leadership to create a non-hostile and non-discriminatory environment.

As professionals in the Intelligence Community, we are charged with providing unbiased situational awareness to our warfighters and our nation’s leaders to prevent and mitigate threats to our nation’s security. We know that to be successful, our demographics and experiences must reflect the people of the nation we protect.

Every day, we witness how the richness of our backgrounds, perspectives and cultures improves our organizational performance. As a community, it is important that we underscore this value by maintaining honest respectful interactions and diverse and inclusive decision-making, with a culture that appreciates and respects all voices.

Our policies

We maintain a productive work environment based on inclusion, equality, team building and the strategic use of employee experience, perspective and talent.
